A case study of training a beginner to become a data analyst capable of producing deliverables in four months!
At a major comprehensive electronics manufacturer, the digitalization and DX promotion of the HR division has been delayed, and the discovery and development of in-house HR data analysts has become a pressing issue. Most participants are beginners in data science and need to learn foundational mathematics, statistics, and programming from scratch in terms of data analysis. Therefore, we implemented e-learning and online training starting from the basics, such as "Fundamentals of Data Analysis." As for the survey results, the average satisfaction score for the training (on a scale of 5) was 5.0, and the average score for difficulty and understanding (on a scale of 5) was 3.6.
